Nobu Resort, Los Cabos
May 12 –17, 2026

LOS CABOS
Los Cabos translates as "The Capes," which of course, are located at the Southern-most point of the Baja Peninsula. On the west side of the peninsula is the Pacific Ocean which meets the Sea of Cortez just beyond what is commonly called, "Land's End."  Los Cabos has an amazing history consisting of pirate tales, gold mining, ancient native groups, Spanish influence, the integration of the Catholic Church, and shipwrecks along the Pacific Coast before and after the "Old Lighthouse" was constructed. Los Cabos has become the second-most sought-after destination to go to in the entire world.

WEATHER
The average temperature in May is 86 degrees with evening temperatures in the mid 60's.

TIME ZONE
During our event dates, Los Cabos will be on Mountain Daylight Time which is one hour behind Central Daylight Time (CDT) and 2 Hours behind Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

WATER
All major hotels and restaurants have purified water. This means that yes, you can drink from the tap. The water supply comes from the mountains and filters through natural sand beds, before entering the modern aqueduct for distribution. Many resorts desalinate and purify their own water on property.

CELL PHONE USAGE
International communications outside of Mexico is easier than ever, however, it can be quite costly. We highly recommend you check with your cellular phone provider concerning rates and roaming
